Shipping & Returns
RETURN POLICY
Henri Home accepts returns on all items EXCEPT furniture, lighting, and artwork. Please email support@myhenrihome.com within 14 days of delivery for exchange or refund. Once reviewed, a prepaid return-shipping label will be emailed to you. It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure the item is adequately packaged for return. Henri Home does not accept responsibility for any packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit. Once we receive your item, we will process your return and a refund will be issued to either your original payment method or gift card. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been accepted and your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt. In order for a full refund, items MUST be in new, unused condition with tags still attached.
SHIPPING POLICY
Lead-time and shipping varies depending on the product. For in stock décor, we strive to ship within 2 business days, unless otherwise noted in the product description. Once the order is processed, no changes may be made to the order.
DAMAGED ITEMS
If an item comes to you damaged or incorrect, please take photos and email them to support@myhenrihome.com within 14 days of delivery and we will best assist you.
NON-DOMESTIC SHIPPING
